Congratulations to all the Nippers and families who enjoyed a wonderful day. The day went smoothly due to the many helpers who volunteered their time especially our BBQ cooks and food stall attendants. Well done to all. Read more for the result details.

Club Championships

Don’t forget the Club Championships are on Saturday 2 February. This year nippers and senior championships will be held on he same day. The day for Nippers will start at 9.30AM, as normal.

 Nipper Presentations

The Nipper Presentation and Break Up BBQ will be on Saturday 9 February. There will be no Skills and Training Squad sessions on this day.

A fun morning is guaranteed with lots of beach and water activities so get all the family along. Help will be required for the BBQ.

The Victorian State Championships

If you intend entering your nipper in the 2008 Westpac Junior State Championship (Lakes Entrance, March 8 and 9) we need confirmation of entries by the end of January. You need to place your name on the list located on the notice board near the downstairs change rooms in the clubhouse. Knowing who is coming will enable ‘team’ training to occurring during February. Note: State Championships are for U/9 to U/14’s only.

The Dolphin Surf Stars camp was successfully held on the 2nd and 3rd of January . There were over 60 members from Warrnambool, Port Campbell , Portland and Port Fairy participating in a range of activities to promote skill development and team spirit.  The camp was a wonderful opportunity for our younger members to get the chance to develop their  skills from the ’best in the business’ but also an opportunity for parents and coaches to pick up some tips.  A huge thank you to the parents who assisted with the lunch and water safety.
