WWCCs are FREE for volunteers
How do I apply?
All Members
All members 17+ require a WWCC before their membership can be accepted, (See exceptions to the right)
(17+ is to avoid patrol members and instructors from having to cease duties if they turn 18 mid season)
Exclusions
- Honorary or Life members who are not involved in regular club activities
Existing Registrants
It is not sufficient to tell us your WWCC number or send a photocopy of your WWCC card
You can check and update your registration online at workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au or via 1300 652 879
No Membership can be accepted without this requirement
Memberships cannot be accepted until the club has received the appropriate Notice of Assessment from the Department of Justice. This can take up to 60 days so please apply well in advance.
